Hi,
we bought an Aixam eCoupe for our daughter and she loves driving it.
We knew that this was going to be a little bit exotic but not that exotic - I can't find a dealer in a 100 km surrounding that is able to do the car diagnosis.
Our dealer told us that you need a special diagnosis computer for the EVs that is different from the well know at dt-am.com and that this unit is too expensive for the few electric Aixams he handles.
Economically I can understand him, but I'd feel better if I had access to the car diagnosis (I'm an qualifed person).
Currently we have the problem, that our small friend that we bought with fresh service and 5000 km to the next ate up all the distance in 800 km and asks for service prematurely.
Any hint is greatly appreciated.
