Hi all,
I am converting an old diesel boat to an electric one, I have a Lynch DC motor in it and on trials it has done ok.
Now I have bought 8 x 138 ah U27 valence batteries for it these are all secondhand but only have from 17 to 100 cycles on them, my problem is that whilst I have the software for the BMs's on them I from reading things on the valence website feel that during charging and discharging they need to be connected to something to balance the cells, Valence havent replied to emails so I thought I would try an American website for info so any help would be welcome.
PS I do drive a Chevy Astro day van an American road conversion great vehicle the latest in a long line of American vehicles,
