These are 127 X 210 mm 10mm thick roughly and do 1000 cycles then 80% capacity...that's full cycles

Bought 8 boxes (400 cells) from James - went to pick them up this morning.

The cells look really good for anyone wanting to build up a pack from scratch. Well-matched (opened every box and probed voltages, all cells were within 10mV within each box. James also has busbars for 5s - and drawings for other cell counts. I'm going to send him my drawings after I get my 4s busbars manufactured in case anyone in the future wants to use them...

Couldn't have asked for a nicer chap to have a brief conversation with while loading the car either

Do these pouch cells need to be constrained against swelling in a strong frame, or are they already packaged in rigid cans?
Do you have suggestions for a suitable BMS?

Hi Eddie they are in cases with M6 studding holes in the top corners which allow easy compression
I now have 1p 2p 3p 5p and 7p bussbars cut which allow very easy assembly..screw terminals so very neat packs...
Depending on your application you could use various battery management systems ..😊
