Hello Elcon experts,
I've a Elcon PFC 1500, which was supposed to be configured for 24 Cell LiFePo4. Here is what I see on the labels:
Elcon PFC 1500
Model: TCCH-72-16
Programed label shows:
Alg 519a 72V1K5W 24CELL V4=3.5V/cell, V5=3.7V/cell
115V 1200W, 230V 1500W - Charge rating of 1.2KW @ 115V and 1.5KW @230V
This charger is Ah User programable and I can not change number of cells.
Here are the details of my Batteries:
These are Winston LiFePo4. 24 of them make a pack. These are supposed to be 160Ah batteries. I bought these used and they are supposed to be programed to work with the pack. Currently 2 of batteries have gone bad and current pack size is 22.
Right now I'm charging the batteries up to 78V, which is 3.4545 v per cell. So I'm trying to figure out if I can change the User programmable parameters. Based on the label above it is programed to #4 for 80Ah, which is 50%DoD. I think Ah should be set to #6, which is 115.2Ah, for a 70%. I don't know how the software is written, how does the charger know when to stop charging?
Here is the video of the starting red light blinking. It is R_R_R_R_G. Could you please confirm this?
Can you please let me know:
What is I3 and I4? when will those kick in?
How does the charger know when to stop charging?
Is there any way I can stop the charger when pack voltage reaches 78V?
I'm also trying to revive 2 bad cels and planning to use it part of the pack. I know these are a bunch of questions, but appreciate any feedback from the experts.

What is Alg 519a mean?
72V1K5W 24CELL can be interpreted as Pack of 24 sells with a Nominal pack voltage as 72V and charged at 1.5KW
V4=3.5V/cell - What is V4?
V5=3.7V/cell - What is V5? Is it a cutoff voltage or Max Voltage where charger does Constant Voltage?
12/5/12 v2.7e Li lon - 12/5/12 -assuming date of manufacturing/programed and min voltage of 2.7V or version 2.7e. I'm confused about the Li Ion 115V 1200W, 230V 1500W - Charge rating of 1.2KW @ 115V and 1.5KW @230V
