Since the OP didn't post it and I spent time reading this looks to me to be a hybrid transmission from a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle...

If I am wrong, please correct me.

If I am right Id think this would be hard to make into useful for EV conversions. I know my Ford Maverick Hybrid worked in conjunction with the ICE to make its power, in EV mode only was pretty weak.

There is no ICE in a Mirai.

It is just an electric motor. It does not care where the power comes from. It has a one speed transmission that brings the car top speed to more than 100 MPH. We took some components from an old electric scooter and tested it like the video below.

if you tested it why post a video of a leaf motor?

We tested the Mirai Motor the same way that they did in the video but we did not record it running.
