hello i have been doing this project for a while and havent really got anywhere with it
basics are 125 cc engine that had heavy top end damage.
so i got to thinking electric i want to keep the gearbox 4 spd maybe no point to it but i am hopng that would give me the oppertunity to use smaller and less powerfull motor to effectively increase range.
i am also hoping to recycle rather than buy parts so far it is 48v on a 24v 250w motor just to test.
if i am right it should produce 500w of power so almost 2/3 of a hp
i will upload pictures over the next few days

i will continue this project here

latest news is lining up the motor was a huge fall as the pilot hole in the crankshaft isnt true.
so i am trying to get a cv joint small enouth i was wondering universal joint out of a socket set would do the trick just to test the idea.
altho i think that the joint would pull out of alignment.
