This is my mostly finished International Scout 80 conversion. No new parts here really, Its a part out of a 1994 Chevy s-10 conversion that used lead acid. I have built a 144v Lithium battery pack thats good for about 20 miles with a Manzanita Micro charger accepting 110 and 220. I'm using an Advanced D.C. Motor FB1-4001 with a Curtis 1231C Motor Controller. The drivetrain is fully functional and my top speed is 50 +-.

This is awesome. I'm working on a Scout 800 conversion, but have a long way to go. Mine is also a cab-top, but with the original bed. We should have about the same aerodynamics and weight -- can you give more details about your battery pack and the kwh/mi you're seeing?

My battery pack is only 7.8 kwh total, I am seeing an average of 400 kwh per mile. +- 20 miles total range

Mother of god... 275kwh/mile would be like time travel speed.
Love the build, you gonna mod it to make the bed more usable?
It's my first build, and I like the fact that the batteries are all in one place. I'll probably just leave it the way it is and incorporate a "range extender" motor and see how much that helps my range.
