I have completed the build on an off-road EV with 16 100ah Thundersky batteries and an elithion BMS. The system is functional but I could really use a sanity check on some of the BMS settings,

Min cell voltage
Low cell voltage
Pack Min voltage
pack Low Voltage
Faults- Undervoltage
Faults- Overvoltage
(1) Voltage at 100% SOC
(2) SOC at charged end of flat portion ov V vs SOC Curve
(3) Voltage at charged end of flat portion ov V vs SOC Curve
(4) SOC at discharged end of flat portion of V vs SOC Curve
(5) Voltage at discharged end of flat portion of V vs SOC Curve

I want safe settings and welcome feedbacl from those who have been thru this before. The Elithion BMS has great features but getting it all set up for the first time is a bit challenging. I plan on fully publishing all my settings and schematics to help others in the future.

Im using a Curtis 1238-6501 and a simple Iota Charger (54.4v @16A, but I tweaked the pot to get it to put out 59.2 v, I was shooting for 3.7v per cell?)

I have current sensors on the load side (contactor) and on the charging output

The LLIM and FLT drive an audio alarm to warn for undervoltage
The HLIM drives a relay which controls cuts 110v to the charger (its a dumb charger with no inputs to control on/off or current limits)
