You can't really buy just a motor from a Prius, since both motor-generators are integrated into the transaxle. Are you looking for the entire transaxle?

You buy one, generally from an autowrecker, or a self-serve junkyard. This is a place that takes crashed/old vehicles and strips them for parts.
You'd have to find one in your country.
In a Prius it comes inside a transaxle.
