Since the brand is "Electric Blue" I suspect that you can
ask Wayne on this list why he is selling these on Ebay or
you can ask the seller about the listing....
They look like a regular - but tall - compressor from a
high power refrigeration unit.
The add only sells the compressor but indicates that they
can supply the AC inverter as well, so it is that other
part which will determine the input (DC) voltage.
This compressor likely runs on AC and from the picture it
even has the motor run capacitor sitting next to the pump.
The compressor sits on a rubber-insulated subframe so that
would also cut down on noise from the pump operation.

There is an eBay seller that has A/C compressors for sale for use in
EV's.
No reason is given as to why they would be particularly good in an EV.
There is not even any info on what is needed to power the unit. Are
these just garden variety compressors that run on 120VAC?
