I saw this cute little van a few months ago. It seems light has a medium size pack & for 800 dollars is a steal. It is in Redwood city CA in the Marina area. I think it had an EV-1 GE controller. Series motor I think. Very simple & cheap way to an electric vehicle. Similar to Bob Burnside's van. Not rusted as far as I could tell. I have no monetary relation to this vehicle. Lawrence Rhodes......

When someone sends a message with an html component to the list (which these
days is a lot of the messages), the listserver strips off ("scrubs") the
html and saves it in a separate file on a webserver. You can see it with
your list password, if you want to, but normally it's exactly the same
(except for prettier formatting) as what the message posted says.

To have your list password sent to you, go here :

http://lists.sjsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/ev

Scroll to the bottom, click Unsubscribe or Edit Options, and follow the
instructions.

Re: [EVDL] Electric Van Firesale

[I am in the area and have sent an email to the ad owner, but usually CL ads with a tel# means they do not respond to emails (they want you to call). Looks like the owner deleted his older CL ad when people showed interest, got greedy, and bumped the price up $100 to $900 with another CL ad. I do not see any fire damage on the CL ad's nice pics and the ad states the EV is in Redwood City (San Bruno had a huge CH4 main pipe fire recently - likely the utility's fault: customer rate hikes for main pipe repairs they did not do)]
