Went to switch my heater on tonight, and no luck!
Popped the hood to find that the magnet had come off.
Looks like it was originally epoxied. I'd purchased
it from KTA Services. I'm noticing that it is marked
R, which coincides with the R side of the relay.
If you have tips so that the same thing doesn't
happen again, I'd appreciate them, otherwise, will
assume it's pretty straightforward.
peace,

Converting a gen. 5 Honda Civic? My $20 "CiviWithACord" DVD shows footage of my '92 sedan, as well as a del Sol and hatch too!

Would you still drive your car if the tailpipe came out of the steering wheel? Are you saving any gas for your kids?

Hi, Bob. When I ordered a relay for my escort years ago from KTA, the
magnet popped off in transit. After a quick consultation with Ken for
conformation it was OK, I epoxied it back on and it worked fine. Seems
the original epoxy is pretty weak, and it does not help that it is an
open relay. It's easy for that magnet to get knocked about.
