Hi

I am an Equipment Engineer from the semi-conductor equipment manufacturing Industry and live North of Boston in Massachussetts and I was wondering if their are any EV clubs doing conversions or just getting together periodically to maintain and discuss the EV's and the latest technologies etc.
New Hampshire or Massachussetts would be within my travel range.

Thanks
John

John,

Please bring up the eaaev.org chapters page
http://eaaev.org/eaachapters.html
and look under Massachusetts for the for contact detail of:

New England EAA
Web Site: neeaa.org/
Contact: Bob Rice, (203) 530-4942

as one of two MA EAA chapters you could contact.

If you are not able to attend their regular meetings,
contact their Chapter and they may be able to set up an
adhoc gathering for you. We do it all the time at EAA
Chapters in the SF Bay area.

Bob Rice had some health problems> Thankfully he is recovering; but he
may not be actively handling contacts. Can anyone in the MA EAA chapter
provide updated contact information to John?

Thanks, Rick! Sorry I didn't know about the meeting or I would have
gotten this out.

As mentioned a few weeks ago, I'm making a model of Bob Rice's "Electro
Liner" EV, predecessor of his CitiCar. It was intended to be done as a
Christmas present, but you know how it goes...

Anyway, I have it almost done. I'm giving it the second coat of paint
now. It's a working scale model, about 7" long, with motor, batteries,
lights, etc.

I "put out the call" for pictures of fellow EVers to send with it. The
plan is to put them together as a collage, and put it behind the model
as a "background" for the car. But so far, I've only received two
photos. C'mon folks; Bob is a real EV pioneer, and has helped literally
hundreds of people with their EVs! If you haven't already sent him a
"get well" card, here's your chance.
