[EVDL] ev tax in washington

i looked up the info on the taxes in washington on gasonline.

37.5 cents per gallon goes to washington, 6 percent goes to washington in
sales tax.

it costs roughly $1000 a year to drive a 50 mpg car like the prius in
washington.. they buy 333 gallons and pay $125 a year in gas tax, then $20
a year in sales tax.

they pay more than $100 a year in taxes to drive, those that get less than
50 mpg pay more.

I think $100 a year tax for an EV is fair.

Keep in mind that, at $125/yr, you are assuming 16,667 miles/yr. I doubt
very many EVs, if any, can achieve that with the current battery technology
and charging infrastructure.

So, how many miles per year do you drive your EV?
