Hi EVerybody;

I'm forwarding this to you guyz, as I used Freight Quote and was VERY happy with thrir service; 147 bux for a 170 lb box , a motor, Generous Electric, from CT to CA. The guy walked me through the procedure to set up an account, print up the Bill of Lading, paid on line, like buying a Jet Blue ticket! All I had to do was drop it off at their terminal(saved a pickup charge) and EVen followed up with a "EVerything go OK" call!!

I'm a happy shipper(camper) and just wanted to pass on this tidbit of info. Ya never know?

I really appreciate your previous shipment with Freightquote.com. If you're ready to quote and ship again, there's lots of great carriers with great prices waiting here - LTL, TL, air, whatever. So sign in at your convenience, and let's see what kind of good deal we can find for you.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to give me a call. Thanks again!

I used FreightQuote a while back to ship a 3000lb pallet of BB600
nicads. The experience wasn't as smooth as it could have been (the
carrier didn't have my order and payment in their database, and had to
call the FreightQuote guys and their own headquarters to confirm).
Meanwhle I had a pickup truck sitting at the terminal sagging under the
weight and I really didn't want to have to take it back home. But in the
end it worked out and I got a good deal.

Next time I have to ship by truck, I'll probably use them again.
