[EVDL] Help on EV motor please

I have an old surplus generator that I would like to use for a light EV. I have listed
the info from the tag below. Do you know what would be the max voltage and amperage
I could use with this? Also would it have enough starting torque to run direct? What
would be a safe rpm? It has 2 - 3/8 terminals and 2 – 3/16 terminals. I can send photo’s
if needed. It is supposed to be 24 volt and 200 amp output. It is 6" in diameter and 12"
long including air intake flange.
