jeep had a clutch in the CJ 7 that did a weight for clamp issue
they worked well but still had slippage with a strong motor.
PS:
a clutch as well as the flywheel are forged so as not to crack and fracture
heat treating is good but if there is a crack it will shatter and tear out the
tunnel. (seen it with my mud racer)
