[EVDL] Hymotion & A123

Did anyone else notice that Hymotion was acquired by A123Systems?
Or am I like realizing this now (maybe way late) and everyone else already knew?

Also they have the contract with google and some others as well.

Anyway so my thinking is that when there plugin conversion kits are
available in the spring a serious bit of extra cost will be cut out
because essentially the battery manufacturer is selling the kits????

Does anyone foresee a drop in A123 cells in the near future?
