There USED to be Insurance for the Driver. The problem was that it was
abused quite a lot by groups of people. (1 person on the
"farm/commune/random collection of people" would be insured for all 5
vehicles. The problem was that everybody would drive them.
Now it's no longer available. (Ins Co's really like this since it
significantly increases their revenue stream.)
