What about using and IOTA DLS-48-15.

Although it is an AC input SMPS, many of us use their products on DC and
110VAC is about 170V peak so running it on a 144V pack is perfect. (both
charge and discharge voltages are within operational range.) No-one
here has tested this particular module on dc yet I have the DLS-55
It may cut out if pack is low and sags to far, certainly we must de-rate
the output when that happens. So 15A unit is a good choice for 10A of need.
