[EVDL] Odd EVision behavior?

So I have an EVision that is refusing to come out of sleep mode most
of the time. The logo is illuminated on the dash display, and the CAN
tx led is blinking. If I adjust the HID knob it will come out of
sleep briefly.

The problem seems to be a bad Chassis Ground connector on the
Mainboard. I see an open circuit between the connector and the case
of the onboard RTC battery. I have low resistance between the -12
battery sense line and the battery case. Sometimes it works with the
-12V sense line connected to the battery.

Can anyone confirm that their should be connectivity between the
chassis ground connector and the case of the RTC battery on the
circuit board?

You should send it back to Victor for repairs.
