[EVDL] Old man builds electric scooter................

Alright you guys, I'm going to make a come back, I've just starting to draw
up plans for my electric scooter, "short circuit", and will bee gathering
parts and pieces soon so bee ware.

Jim Ludiker.................still the FASTEST and QUICKEST lead acid two
speed dragster in the world. 9.44 ET @ 136 MPH

Hey Jim, I'm gunna Erace you! :>) Remember the Electrathon daze? I was the
#60 pink pearl eracer. I still can't figure out how you fit into that cool
little vehicle. Glad to hear that you're still arcing out in your shorts!
I'm up here in Petaluma, 20 mi from Thunderstruck. I'm building electric
street bikes now (one so far and one in the works) Man, it's been 15 years.
Do you still warm your batteries in the bathtub while charging?

Oh Yeah! That's right, it was that clever limey Clark that cooked his
batteries in hot water while charging, that was a pretty neat trick. You
guys used plate heaters or silicone mat heaters, something like that, didn't
ya? I like your idea of a drag scooter, I can see it now, a stretched Vespa
with wheelie bars and a 12" M&H slick! It could easily be the fastest
scooter ever! Take it to the saltflats too, what the heck. Later, Bob-----
