Could you measure the voltage between your pack + and - and between
the pack + and the chassis with the precharge on and again with the
precharge off? I'd like to find out if it is my controller or Raptors
in general that creates a ground leak with the precharge turned off.

Still not getting this "precharge" stuff. All I know
is that I wired my Raptor 1200A exactly like the
original Raptor 600A model, and it works perfectly
thus far.

Good morning, Storm,

Looks like you were up late last night working on this?

I just checked my Raptor 600 and measured the following for you:

PRECHARGE CONNECTED
traction pack 153v
traction pack + to Grd 2v (voltage decreases slightly checking posts down the battery string)

PRECHARGE DISCONNECTED
traction pack 153v
traction pack + to Grd 16v
