Hello,
I switched over to Lifepo. I have an ng3 that has 3 stages
cc/cv/float
The issue is, while I can adjust the end of the cc stage via the U pot, the
float stage seems to be much higher than what I set U at. So for instance if
U is set to enter CV at 168V the float is 182V (this is left over from when
it was set for 13 gel cells.) I havent found any way to either delete the
3rd stage or turn down the float voltage setting. The cell curve is a bit
vauge. It says the float ends when the voltage crests but it doesnt say what
that number is. At any rate its higher than 177V (3.7V a cell) where I
terminated the charge.
So far the only option is to send it in. But for reasons I dont want to get
into I am looking for another option.
Anyone know of a way to cut out/lower the float stage or to just get a
control chip so I can pop the old one off and then the new one on?
thanks
