Something doesn't seem correct with those numbers....

and how does that translate to pulsating 10KHz DC as in the control of our
motors?

I'm sure we are not pumping up to 1000 Amps through the out side 0.66mm of
our 2/0 wire now are we??

For DC it is negligible. For 60Hz, the outside 9mm of the wire
conducts the current. For 10kHz, it's the outside 0.66mm or so. It's
actually the interaction of the magnetic field and the electric field
that cause it.
