[EVDL] Sparrow EV

As David mentioned, they were acquired by Myers Motors many years ago (I think
2001?)

It is really an extraordinary vehicle and lots of fun to drive.
I wish them success in the future, but we know how the low volume unique EV
market is difficult to make a profit.

They changed hands a few times. They are now Myers Motors at
