Hi Steve,
The Electric "Smart Car" (Isn't that owned bu Mercedes?) manufacturing
in Elkart Now that is Great News several ways, The Smart Car is a nice car
already established, Elkart had a lot of Real Estate for manufacturing
available and an experienced workforce. This should be a "Wake-Up" call,
American's are capable. These are supposed to be available in
Orlando,Florida, this Spring. [2011] And we opened our first Public Charging
Station in June 2010.
Regards,
Dennis Miles

Hi Dennis,

The Th!nk City is different from the Smart ED. It's the Th!nk being built in Elkhart.

I don't think the Smart ED (dumb name!) is coming out for maybe another year or so?

OPS, Thanks Neil, Think City is indeed different from the "Smart car for
two or the Electric Smart Car I have seen at several presentations here in
the Tampa Bay Region of Central Florida. The Smart is reported to be for
sale in this area near New Years. (In Electric)

My father-in-law lives in Elkhart, and that area has been hard hit with the
recession. Many of the Mennonite and Amish people worked at the large RV
factories tht have been shut down - so this is a real shot in the arm for
the area.

Oh now I see, your information is 5 months into the future in time frame
from the ceremony I noted, History is important to intelligent people. Are
you also aware of the billions of Pets who have been euthanized in the past
30 years? Perhaps we should all stick to facts, and not insult others based
upon conjecture. Perhaps we should get together in 20 years and laugh about
it all.
My Regards to the (EVDL) if this is confusing just ignore it as it is
probably unimportant except to a Gentleman.
