Hi fellow EV enthusiasts,
=

I have a design I've released to the public for a EV Commuter vehicle chass=
is. IT is setup for one or two occupants. By Released, I mean it is in a dr=
aft form (v1.1) with all dimensions explicit or implied. I have also build =
a prototype project in the past which is also described there.
=

It is specifically optimised for supporting many body styles, with a few li=
mitations. It is a 3wheeler so you can qualify it as a Motorcycle and use t=
he diamond lane and obtain licencing with less effort.
=

It will support a variety of batteries and motors with simple changes. This=
is an extremely light aluminum chassis using proven aircraft construction =
methods. Similar uses of the methods have been made at the Vehicle Research=
Institiute, WWU, where I learned to do this kind of thing.
=

I have gotten good feedback on the desing and so I hope you can use it to m=
ake your own plans and projects better.
=

Find it from www.Detalidon.com or from the design forum at www.theoscarproj=
ect.com =

Any chance you can post a direct link to the actual drawings, etc.?

I'm on a slow connection and don't have the patience to spend hours
stumbling around the websites looking for it.

Which vehicle layout are you interested in, is a good question to ask you. =

=

The DF (Detalidon Formula) is fully described or implied. However, to get a=
ll the print specs written, I'll guess it would take some reasoning and ded=
uction in a number of places. I just didn't have the space on the given for=
mat. Look for version v1.0 or v1.1 of each part.
At home, I have slightly better versions from what is on the web. Detailed =
drawings are in the works, but You should be able to derive the detail meas=
urements from the online versions. =

=

Anything needing an answer, I'll gladly fill-in. I will be putting up the i=
mprovements to my newer website. I'm working in that area now.> Date: Mon, =
