Hey, If you want to make a million $ in the EV business, start with 2 million$ kidding,, My way of thinking is that if you want to use only one brand of car to do EVs, you will loose real fast.

with 143 EVs under my belt, I have done only 1 Honda. Do what the customer wants, build it when they pay you for it, build them to keep "in Stock", you loose real fast .
Never use you own money, the first time you do,,you loose real fast .
let the customer call the shots , it makes them feel important, then you do it the way its suppose to be done, and tell them "your idea worked" and they wont know the difference.

make all your own parts in house, sending them out, you loose real fast.
As far as Honda's go, I have done full size pick up trucks that get more speed and range its all about how much they are willing to spend and it will be expensive . But you have to make the decisions on how you want to have a new business go ,,either up or down , theres a lot of good advice here and some bad ,, take what you want. do what feels right for you.
after all the guy standing next to you telling you how to do it, probably hasnt done any yet.

Hey Wayne, wasn't your last post about troubles with your new Lexus?
That doesn't sound like a problem for a person with a losing business
model. Seems like all you hard work is paying off.
