I know most of you may be tired of hearing be beat this Drum...

But I think the Seattle Channel folks did a very nice job of this...

.....Except for a bit too much emphasis on the Line-Men, and Bucket
Trucks doiong a bunch of work in the neighborhoods..

That kind of Up-Grading will not be needed for a DECADE or more..

I enjoyed this story too; even the "Electric Fiction" part. I notice none of
the bucket truck pictures show an actual transformer upgrade. But I can
understand setting up the staged fantasy to ask for higher rates and request
more Grants. Lucky for the utility the Politicians are mostly Lawyers and
not E.Engineers. [}
