Unfortunately, there are few US distributors of lithium batteries. Of
that hand full, I know of several that are offshoots of, or still the same
company that took many for a ride this summer.

Absolutely only purchase lithium batteries from a distributor that takes
Visa or Master Card. My Visa covers delivery problems up to 90 days.
PayPal is only 45 days and is not recommended.

Be wise, use Visa or Master Card.

Yeah that's the price FOB China. You are looking at at least a few cents shipping per Ah plus a few more cents customs duty just to get it in to the country, then you have to get it to you from (most likely) Los Angeles. Click the drop down menu and select the price for the US. I really do not like how some places will try to make it look cheaper by pricing from the factory, not in the US.

Regarding Paypal if you use your credit card through them doesn't it just afford you another layer of protection? Granted an eCheck will only be subject to the Paypal protection, but a credit card transaction can be disputed no matter what the charge is through the card issuer.

I say this because Elite Power Solutions (where I work) only accepts payment via Paypal for credit card transactions. Heck, for large orders we give a 3% discount to people who pay via wire transfer or check so we don't have to pay the extra credit card processing fee.

Still with what has happened in the industry I can't blame people for using an over abundance of caution. I always invite any potential customer to come visit us themselves if they are close enough to drive here (Phoenix).

I'm not sure what the Yttrium really does, but we do have regular Thundersky Lithium Iron Phosphate in stock here in Phoenix.

Those must be older cells as I believe all the new TS cells use Yttrium. I
think they claim longer cycle life and better low temp performance with the
addition of Yttrium.
