For those outside US and interested buying these battery packs:
Toolman, the seller with the lowest price I know, 85 USD, no longer
sells these outside US. Not sure about Canada.

I think the sub 100$ prices were always fictitious. they just added the
rest to the shipping cost.
the best price is perhaps gotten by registering as a reseller of dewalt
products unless they have a policy of punishing low volume resellers
