Thanks to your suggestion I put a 5 millihenry 22 ampere
inductor in series with the NG3 charger. I have been able to
charge at every ICS-200 that used to shut down after 1 minute.
The inductor does seem to correct for the .68 pf of the charger.
But it is quite heavy, and hums loudly.
Could parallel capacitors be used to do the same thing?
