Greetings, My name it Tony from central Florida. I am just getting started with EV's but decided to jump in with both feet. I just purchased three Rev2 Ford Think Neighbor NEVs and now need to get them running.
1 two seater and 2 ever popular trucks.

I appreciate any advice or resources especially if you are local to the Orlando area.

Topics of interest are:
- Replacement Batteries
- Best Cluster Repair
- Best way to remove old cracked clear coat
- Best way to increase the over all speed
- Wheel replacement adapter options

Thank you!
Tony

Ford Think
I have a Ford Think truck,Love it....First problem is the on-off switch under the seat- it's a ac switch,I replaced mine with a 150 volt D.C. Switch to stop all flashes to the cluster....I drove to Louisiana to buy my Deka batteries from a guy on Craigslist for $150 each, then took old batteries got $130 core charge for them.Cluster problems are in the past for me,,,I bought a Super B2 from Bob Cluster- the best improvement for the think, then redesigned my faceplate.Rewired the think for 12 volts did away with the DC to DC converter...Made my own fuse panel with more fuses. My truck has the cracking
Coat also, anyone know of any touch up paint available for the blue color?

Hi Eddie, Thanks for the reply. that is a great idea to replace the switch under the seat. I think I will be doing the same and relocating somewhere more accessible. Love to see photos of your B2 Cluster installation. B2 is a great replacement design that fixes the original bad design.

The cracking paint on the green and blue Thinks is a common problem that is best fixed with a new paint job. There are many golf cart painting services that can do it reasonably. Not sure about touch up paint.
