First EV conversion 88 Daihatsu Hi-Jet

Good EVening,
I'm a lifelong mechanic and had a friend come to me about converting her Hi-Jet with a bad motor to electric. I've searched the web till my eyes bled and think I am dumber than when I started. I am still searching for that holy grail "swap in a box" but Leafs are uncommon here and electric forklifts have proven elusive. I have found a taylor dunn utility cart but even though the 36votor looks pretty beefy, I'm not sure of it's capability. I look forward to pilfering the archives here and will greatly appreciate any advice or guidance. Thanks in advance and happy hunting to all!
