I have a 1982 Ford Escort EV that I no longer have time to drive. It was in running condition when we parked it about 2 years ago. I donated to a school to use in their automotive department, but they were never able to pick it up. For awhile we plugged it in weekly to keep the batteries topped off, but we haven't done that for awhile. Now it is time for it to move to a new home. It was originally converted by an automotive class at the University of Oregon. It is a really nice conversion that kept all of the interior space usable. I'm sure it will need some work on the brakes and I am not sure what condition the batteries were in. As I said, it was running when we parked it. At one point we had six working EV's. One was a 1st generation RAV4-EV which we sold. One was a Saturn conversion which we gave away. We currently drive a second generation RAV4-EV and a Tesla Model 3. You can see photographs of the Escort on EValbum: <http://www.evalbum.com/3355>

This is your first post.

Damn. :p

I think I remember you asking to give one of these away on the EVDL last year.

I'd take you up on it if I wasn't 1000 miles away.

If it’s free, I’ll take three. Getting quotes on shipping to Kansas City area. I’ll let you know tomorrow if I’ll take it.
