Freight methods for used cells

I see TS 100ah cells on craigs and may pickup 7 of them to play with. What are the legal parameters on shipping? Can they go air or do they go ground and who do you know will take them? Since they are used, I have no documents to prove to whoever that they are in a safe category. Thanks
