Selling complete 2014year model drivetrain with fast charging. it includes:
- complete drivetrain "gearbox" motor, inverter, charger
- all front body wiring (cutted in middle of a car and no rear end)
- all needed car computers to drive motor without car, include dash
- key
- electric brake booster (include capacitor box, but no wiring to it as it is mounted in rear of the car)
- electric steering column.
- gear switch
- bms module that fits to this system.
so you need just battery cells to drive

do not have drive train photo now...

it was collected for one of my projects, but it finished before starting it :)

one similar system I was installed in boat and it works good for two years now:

expect for 3k euro, but make an offer too.
Location - Europe.

The boat system looks interesting, do you have a web link for it, or can you share details of the construction and performance?

i wonder how much run time you get on the boat, what sort of speed and range, etc.?

some more info about boat:
boat is ~2.5ton weight, it have complete leaf drivetrain with modified "gearbox" to get max 5k rpm from it (output from middle gear). it was made mostly for slow speeds as battery capacity for that size boat is small.
max speed is ~15km/h, usually used speed 3-5km/h and sails ~8h.

if you want to go fast, you need ~2x power.

That's interesting: if I understand this correctly it is taking the output directly off of the intermediate shaft (like the output shaft of a typical transverse transmission), and so not using the second stage of reduction gearing at all. I realize that the available surplus gearbox doesn't have this modification, but do you have a photo of the modification to share? I'm just curious.
