When i first started learning about EV stuff i found the Fellten (formerly ZeroEV) videos very helpful, particularly their yellow MX5 build,

Jerryrigeverything's Hummer build is good to watch too, although i wouldn't copy all of his wiring and equipment layout ideas, lol

i got some

Throtl made a 350z build, but they never organized the vids into a playlist, you'll have to go digging

electrified veronica has a series on their jeep and goes into some depth on the configuration/CANBUS side

TFL did an old truck but its light on details

big fan of aging wheels, he's going two motors in some old POS escape as a rolling testbed for the eventual dual motor BUS conversion

electric supercar guy did diagnostics and some repair on the EV hummer project linked earlier, lots of good detail in here
