So I bought a General Electric E15 a few years back, and have been running the 6x6v pb 36v batteries, but they are nearing the end of their useful life.
I mainly want to convert over to Li because nearing the end of mowing the yard it's always a gamble if it'll make it back up the hill to the garage to charge.
My main predicaments are getting a large enough li pack that won't break the bank (however, 6 new trojan t-105 batteries aren't cheap) and figuring out some sort of BMS system for it. You'll have to forgive some ignorance on the subjects, it is easy to slap a bunch of deep cycle batteries together!
any thoughts on a bms system? either building or buying. the final pack will end up being around 7kwh @~36v
