I see a lot of them online but I wonder about quality. The ring terminals that EV West have on their site look nice and thick, but they dont sell 2 gauge crimp terminals and thats the wire I am using.

Any recommendations on a place to purchase high quality ring terminals?

Hi Jumbo,

I like Waytek Wire. Good quality. Support. Fast shipping. Fair price.

Go with tinned. Be sure to use proper crimp tool and die.

Does tinned really matter? I thought pure copper would be better? I just purchased the ones in the first link. I hope I didnt make a mistake.

Tinned is preferred. It resists surface corrosion, a lot, especially in an environment such as automotive and/or around lead-acid batteries. The untinned copper will work but check regularly for the blue green copper oxide fuzz.
