Greatland Controller

I have a Kandi Coco with a greatland controller for my original 72V setup. I am receiving the Err02 code.

I want to reset the controller. Can someone please instruct me how to do so?

Also, does anyone know how to connect the controller up to a PC for reprogramming. I have read that this requires a serial to USB cable. Where does this plug in?

Does anyone have an e-mail for Greatland for tech support?

If you search my posts you will find a link to another forum that discusses koko issues and may have someone willing to help.

I wouldn't waste too much time on it though.

Anything greatlands is pretty much garbage without any real support.
Toss it and install a more industry standard controller and if need be drivetrain.
