This gonna be my first ev

Please help me figure out as brain is very bad at maths and physics 🤷

My Configuration.
-Car 3000lb/1400kg total max
+Leaf motor
-Prius inv. + open inv logic
+2 leaf battery modules-14v 2kwh? Or 60v 200ah lead acid battery
-Volt boosted 14v to 140v (using another inverter) ? Or can I boost with same Prius inverter

Required Range 6 miles/10km
Top speed 40mph/60kmh

Will it work ?
Is there anyway around to spin the motor without 3rd party logic board?

Or please tell how can I make it work

I don't know what part of a Leaf battery which you want to use which would be 14 V and 2 kWh... perhaps two double modules (4S 2P each) from a 24 kWh pack, which would be two of 48 similar double modules, and so 2 kWh total. Anyway, that's not nearly enough battery to either deliver the power needed for adequate performance in anything more than a go kart, or to go any useful distance.

You can make the battery part work by using all of the modules from the whole Leaf battery pack.
