Hello! New member goina need some help here.

Hi! I’m a 25 mechanical engineer. I’m interested in converting an old motorcycle I have into an electric. Im very new to the electric scene. And would love some pointers and help.
My knowledge of electric power is embarrassingly bad for my career choice. I took an electrical engineering classes in college but I don’t remember most things as this was a required intro class so I Just took it to pass. I’ve rebuilt engines and transmissions and love engines so I’m excited to start this ev experience. So my first question is, for a cheap motor what would you all think about a used electric forklift motor? Open to all tips and tricks. Thank you!
