Power output: ~5nm @ 400rpm at the wheels but will most likely use a fixed gearing to run a higher RPM motor.

If anyone might be able to point me in the right direction or provide more info I would be very grateful, or even some more suppliers to consider.

About 1/4th hp, right? Smaller than I usually deal with. Maybe try scooter or bicycle motors.
