Help! Regarding the use of the LTC6802-2

Hi everybody, I'm actually doing trying to use the LTC 6802-2 by linear technology to develop a BMS for one of my school's project. I've bought the chip only to find out that it's package is too small and requires to do a SMT. As an alternative I was thinking of doing a simulation for the circuit I've designed. However the simulation kit that was offered on Linear's site does not seem to have the chip for the simulation.

I'm really quite at a lost as to which direction should I pick up from here. Please do help .... Thanks a lot.
