I found this motor I want to know if I can used for EV with 3000 lbs

USED Forklift Drive Motor Core /Clark #3799211 / 7-1/4" diameter / 12-1/2" long to end of shaft / weights 60lbs / Was working when removed / #475

Any body that recognize this motor please let me know . If I can used for my EV project and what Max voltage and amp will take

Just based on rough size and scale, a 7" motor is probably too small.

A 9" is kind of the minimum you want even for a smaller vehicle.

As to motor specs I'll defer to someone more experienced.

This motor from a forklift . Does need to be the drive motor or pump or either will work

Most lifts I've seen, the drive motor is significantly bigger than the pump motor, but, apparently that's not always true.

Pump motors will often not be reversible without some internal surgery, as they only run in one direction there's no need to have 4 terminals. Regardless of which way you connect power they'll spin the same way. It's easy to tell, see whether it has 2 terminals or 4 (with 2 of the 4 probably being shorted by a wire stub or bus bar).

Pump motors often have less cooling and a lower duty cycle than drive motors.

Both will work but you'll probably want a drive motor.
