I converted a 13hp gas lawn tractor into a electric forklift
I installed a 2hp 36v motor and electric winch,
I can remove the forklift attachment with only four bolts.
Forklift can lift up to 500 lbs 54 inches.
I charge the forklift with solar panels and wind generator.

Yes the mowing deck can be use with its own motor.
I also can put a small crain on it and other attachments as needed.
