My big plan is to convert a classic Fiat 500 F into full electric, the design I'm planning seems to work fine, but still there is a MAYOR PROBLEM to solve...
This is probably not a problem affecting the United States, but in Europe (especially in Italy, where the burocracy is at its worst level...) the converted car needs to be "homologated" in order to drive on the pubblic roads.
The point of this discussion is to gather experience of smart people already passed throught this problem (and eventually solved someway...) and to focus if there is a country in Europe where this kind of burocracy is easier/more effordable/at least possible...
