Yup, I have a lovely 1953 Nash Rambler Country Club Sedan.
My goal is to convert it to an around town EV.
I like this candidate in that it was one of the earliest unibody cars, so lighter than most of its era.
Curb weight with engine in it is around 2500 lbs.
Car is solid and complete.
Looking for resources and direction.

Might be the first electric Rambler hover car, of that generation anyway. I hope it works out, and if you run into trouble you can always try again with wheels!

Nice car! There's lots of information available here, though not much for a Nash conversion specifically for obvious reasons.

What most are doing now is taking batteries, motors, and inverters from production EVs and using aftermarket controllers to make it all work.

I would also browse through evalbum.com. Most of the projects there were done years ago but it will give you an idea of what to expect for range and performance with various components in a similar sized vehicle.
